Requirement :

• S1 Computer Science or IT
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
• Required Mandatory skills: Background IT System (BA & QA, IT Business Partner or Product Owner) and IT SDLC processes; SQL and programming logic
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively, Good analytical and logical thinking skills, Good collaboration skills to work with cross function teams
• Understanding of Life Insurance industry is a plus

Job Desc :

• Manage Requirement (Project Request, Change Request, Service Request)
• Assess all client business processes
• Business process analyzes and documents the business requirements from the business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications.
• Identifies areas for improvement/enhancement on existing systems to support different initiatives of the company
• Program Quality Control Test to make sure the program work according to business needs
• Identifies all possible test scenario and prepare the test plan for the systems under development
• Prepare and documents BRD (Business Requirement Document), Testing Scenario & UAT (User Acceptance Test) with user
